Imagine the alphabet is like a line of colorful blocks, each with a letter on it. Before you reach the first block, there’s another block hiding just behind it. This hidden block is like the letter that comes before.
Let’s start with the alphabet: A, B, C, and so on. Before ‘A’, there’s no other letter, so ‘A’ doesn’t have a block behind it. But before ‘B’, there’s a hidden block with the letter ‘A’. It’s like a secret friend helping the letters get ready in order.
In our lesson, we’re going to play a game called “Learning in Reverse Order.” We’ll start from the end of the alphabet and go backward. When we’re at ‘Z’, we’ll find the hidden block with ‘Y’ behind it. And before ‘Y’, there’s a block with ‘X’. We’ll keep discovering the hidden blocks to learn about the letters that come before.
Learning in reverse order can be fun and exciting, just like solving a puzzle or going on a treasure hunt. So, remember, before each letter, there’s a special hidden letter, and by finding these hidden letters, we’ll become alphabet experts!
